Gripen Flight Controls V&V
Formal verification of the Gripen flight control system through pilot-in-the-loop S-Rig testing and desktop simulation.
Open to new opportunities
Systems engineer at Embraer working on the development of the mission systems for the KC-390, with a background in control, automation and simulation software.
I work where aircraft systems, simulation and software meet: modeling mission systems in MATLAB/Simulink, writing requirements, verifying, and building Python tools. I'm also pursuing a master's at ITA focused on flight control of flexible aircraft.

Desktop software development and operational support for Saab's Gripen Mission Trainer simulator at the Embraer–Saab GDDN.
Electrical subsystem work and track testing for the Universidade Federal de Santa Maria Formula SAE race car.
Modeling and simulation of mission systems for the KC-390 military cargo/tanker aircraft using MATLAB/Simulink and VAPS. Writing requirements for the mission software team and developing analysis tools and software, mostly in Python.
Formal system verification of the Gripen flight control system. Ran S-Rig test sessions with pilots in the loop and desktop simulations using Saab proprietary tools, and delivered engineering reports used in Saab’s formal verification documentation.
Started on the Super Tucano simulator, then joined Saab's Gripen Mission Trainer team. Worked with an international team on desktop software development and solved operational issues across hardware, graphics and servers, while learning Saab's model-based approach to developing supersonic jets.
