About me
Systems Engineer based in São José dos Campos, Brazil.
I'm a Systems Engineer at Embraer, part of the KC-390 Flight Controls team in São José dos Campos. My work covers modeling and simulation of mission systems with MATLAB/Simulink and VAPS, writing requirements for the mission software team, and developing analysis tools, mostly in Python.
Before that, I spent three years at the Gripen Design and Development Network (GDDN), the Embraer–Saab joint facility in Gavião Peixoto. I started as a software engineer on the Gripen Mission Trainer simulator and later moved into formal verification and validation of the Gripen's flight control system, running S-Rig sessions with pilots in the loop.
I hold a bachelor's degree in Control and Automation Engineering from UFSM, with a strong emphasis on electrical engineering and power electronics. There I was part of Formula UFSM, the university's Formula SAE team. I'm currently taking graduate courses at the Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA), where my research area is flight control of flexible aircraft.
Away from work, you can find me cycling, following motorsport, gaming or playing guitar.
